As promised here is a yoga sequence from class:

Seated Positions

  • get into a comfortable seated position
  • relaxation of muscles
  • focus on breath and create intention for your practice
  • Seated Willow
  • Seated Twists
  • Forward Fold in Baddha Konasana (soles of feet together)
  • Extended Leg Forward Fold

Kneeling Positions

  • Cat Cow
  • Twists
  • Plank (10 seconds)
  • Childs Pose
  • Plank (15 seconds)
  • Childs Pose
  • Lunge with right foot
  • Reverse Lunge
  • Pidgeon
  • Lunge with left foot
  • Reverse Lunge
  • Pidgeon
  • Thai Goddess Pose

Standing Positions

  • Mountain Pose
  • Extended Mountain Pose
  • Half Moon to the left first
  • 5 pointed Stat
  • Warrior II to the left
  • Warrior III
  • Warrior II
  • Lunge
  • Low Lunge
  • 5 Pointed Star
  • Forward Fold
  • Twists
  • Chair Pose
  • Mountain Pose
  • redo the entire sequence starting with Extended Mountain, but this time to the right

remember to rise slowly from positions…remember 2-3 breathes for each pose.
